Chandauli
Chandauli is a district in the Uttar Pradesh State of India.
Total area of Chandauli is 2,541 km² including 2,487.28 km² rural area and 53.72 km² urban area. As per 2011 stats, Chandauli has a population of 19,52,756 peoples, out of which urban population is 2,42,553 while rural population is 17,10,203. The district has a population density of 768 inhabitants per square kilometre. There are about 2,96,804 houses in the district, including 37,675 urban houses and 2,59,129 rural houses. When it comes to villages, there are about 1,425 villages in chandauli district.
